About the Role

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or computer science.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma.
• Strong skills in visual design showcased through a comprehensive portfolio.
• Experience in a report or multi-page design.
• Ability to work in distributed environments and follow existing design systems.
• Efficient multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, visualize, and communicate design ideas for reports, ensuring alignment with brand values.
• Creating conceptual and creative bases for the collaborations and making visual arrangements related to the design of the projects from the concept stage to the final stage.
• Work on impactful projects, blog and social media post design, and branding elements.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, working with designers, analysts, researchers, technologists, and developers in agile production environments.
• Follow established design standards, contribute to the design system, and adhere to the specific client expectations.
• Iterate designs and solutions efficiently, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrate ownership and proactivity in managing design projects, reporting work to the lead.
