About the Role

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the sustainability industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Background with digital marketing tools and venues, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong command of both English and Turkish.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in making data-driven decisions.
• Passion for sustainability and environmental and social causes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a diverse, fast-paced, and ever-changing work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads from prospective channels, and drive reach & impression growth.
• Create and execute digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, and display advertising.
• Conduct SEO research and optimization to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to measure success and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for maximum outcomes.
• Develop and manage email campaigns, including creating email lists and segmenting email lists for targeted campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts on various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and operate digital marketing strategies to enhance the effectiveness of our content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other relevant content.
• Collaborate with multiple teams, including Design, Account Management, Development, and Communications & Strategy, to ensure marketing strategies align with overall company objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and make recommendations for new tactics and approaches to improve campaign performance.
