About the Role
Qualifications:
- Preferably graduated from Business, Social Sciences or Communication Faculties of universities; Masters’ degree in a related field is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in communications, social media, marketing, website management.
- Successful in human relations and well-developed communication skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities, and able to work in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Open to change and development.
- Preferably experienced in an agency.
- Experienced in digital and social media.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- High written and verbal communication skills.
- High ability to write announcements texts.
- Able to use MS Office programs very well.
- Inclined to teamwork and collaboration, taking initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Creating GRI (sustainability reports) and Integrated Reports for our clients.
- Working closely with other team members to ensure copy tone and style are consistent across all Springfox platforms.
- Implementing best practices for copywriting across various channels, using SEO practices, keywords, and proper tagging where applicable.
- Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Team to create innovative and effective content, including social media and emails.
- Following and sharing industry trends and staying up to speed on emerging digital channels and marketing tactics.
- Ensuring copy supports strategy and business goals.
- Critiquing and reviewing work from other team members.
- Managing deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
- Collaborating with internal and external designers (graphic/web), marketing project leads, and social media strategists to craft, execute, and publish print and digital story ideas.
